Chris Whitelaw has had over 25 years of legal and business experience in the commercial field. He is also an accredited mediator and an expert in alternative dispute resolution.

In 2008 Chris decided to team up another talented lawyer, close friend and businessman Alex Deluchi, to establish a unique visa business that specialises in just 4 types of visas – business skills, skilled migrant, sponsored visas (business and skilled worker) and student visas. Their commitment is to turn this business into the preeminent leader in those visa categories by 2010.

This joint venture was born out of an idea that Chris had when assisting his wife, also a successful business owner, to sponsor skilled workers from overseas. Whilst undertaking this work for her it became crystal clear that the timing was perfect to establish a business focused exclusively on these 4 visa types.

The Australian Government had just announced that business and skilled worker migration was essential to its social and economic future. It also had a very favourable attitude to students as they wanted the right ones to stay in Australia and become permanent residents. Joscelyn is a Malaysian citizen and in 2007 was granted her Australian Permanent Residence. Joscelyn has a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Technology in Sydney in which she completed majors in E- Business and Marketing. Joscelyn has also recently completed her Masters of Business in Professional Accounting from UTS in 2006. Joscelyn has been employed with IPC since 2004 as Office / Administrations Manager. Her duties and responsibilities are undefined in that her educational background and experience with IPC have allowed her to contribute to the company in all functional areas, making her an integral part of IPC (NSW) Pty Ltd.

Joscelyn has ambitions to also become a Registered Migration Agent with MARA and plans to undertake the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice with the appropriate Australian University in 2008.
